With a deep commitment to improving the lives of seniors, Malea founded Consider It Done Seniors after witnessing her grandparents’ struggles with aging, from billing disputes to tax issues. Her personal experience, combined with insights from other seniors, inspired her to create a service that meets the unique needs of this community
Consider It Done Seniors offers expert in-home services, including administrative, clerical, daily money management, and tax assistance. Malea and her team empower clients by helping them make informed decisions while ensuring that their financial and administrative needs are met. This allows families to focus on creating meaningful moments with their loved ones, confident that their affairs are well-managed.
Recognizing that many seniors lack the funds to pay for essential services, Malea went a step further and created Malea’s Mission. This non-profit provides support to vulnerable seniors who can’t afford assistance, ensuring they have access to crucial financial, administrative, and daily management services.
Under Maleas Mission she has created a petition called (The Golden Rule Movement) to expand the definition of “vulnerable Adult” in laws to protect our seniors from financial exploitation.

Tammy Luna
Position: Secretary
I’ve been fortunate enough to see with my own eyes how vulnerable a senior population can be, which prompted me to join the senior living industry in 2012. I’ve always gravitated to the idea of making a difference in the lives of those in need, and I wanted to play an active part in changing how seniors are sometimes treated. It was important to me to show the senior community that there are still compassionate people who are willing to help. In doing so, I found myself embarking on this journey of senior assistance with so many different families over the years. As a mother of 8, 5 girls and 3 boys, It has always been my mission to show my kids how important serving and giving back is and having them walk alongside this journey with me has been nothing less than amazing.
